I received my first copies this week – a joyful and agonising experience. Joyful because yay it’s my book! Agonising because, inevitably, I keep seeing things I want to change or tweak or improve.
Overall though, I think it’s pretty good. Ultimately, I wanted to explore a whole range of subjects as visually and beautifully as possible, with the minimum of text. I hope I managed it and I hope you enjoy it.

I stumbled across your site, by a tweet (I am sure) and have been following you for about a year now, and find the “info” graphic work you present so unique. I am a fellow graphic designer, and find your research is complex in nature, but the ease and graphic sharpness in which captures your designs is something that truly inspires….oh and I would greatly appreciate your fine volume, as I am also a recent graduate, and a fine under paid “junior” GD.

first of all – i admire your work und read your blog regularly, thats why i just bought your book at amazon, the amercian version. How come, that after half a year of the book being published, i still get the book with the missing text? Isn’t there a new version? I believe it would be in your interest, if you would pull the wrong version from the market completely. Just to offer a pdf ist not enough from my point of view.
I am an avid infographics fan and also a graphic and infographics designer so i studied the book with a lot of interest and was trying to understand the graphics… quite difficult without descriptions!
I would appreciate an update regarding this…

Hi, I just bought your book. Not sure if this has already been attended to, but I MAY have found a mistake on page 62 (unless of course I’m confused or I’ve completely missed something). The left side of the page says “Sex Education” and the image is a bunch of colored lines reaching in different lengths horizontally towards 100%. This may be part of the joking matter of the book, but the only line labeled is “Studio Art,” which contains the least amount of virgin students. None of the other 16 lines are labeled! Am I confused? Is this wrong?
